MTK-F21 Motorized Card Collector /Card Recycler

MTK-F21 is a motorized card collector simply designed for card recycling function in access control and car parking solutions. MTK-F21 works with our card dispensers to implement card recycling function easily and economically in different self-service terminals.

The recycling machine uses rubber wheels to hold and transport cards, installation can be in horizontal or vertical or any desired directions. And it is controlled either by RS232 or TTL interface, and optionally you can integrate an RF reader, barcode scanner or Wiegand reader to achieve more functions.

Especially in automatic car parking solutions, TTL ports accept and send on/off signals to control board, vehicle detector to enable card collecting and opening barrier. By DIP switch setting, the machine can be configured to have different modes such as enabling/disabling vehicle detecting, auto rejecting/recycling and time intervals.

MTK-F21 coordinates seamlessly with MTK-F31 or MTK-F11 card dispensers for bulk card recycling at different sites for car parking solutions, card recyling applications.

Model Options:

• MTK-F2-1000: card collector with RS232 interface, no integrated reader;
• MTK-F2-1030: card collector with TTL interface, no integrated reader. I/O ports for collecting operation and reporting machine status;
• MTK-F2-1200: card collector with RS232 interface and integrated RF reader, communication between host and machine with one COM port;
