MTK-A6N is our latest motor driven card reader that supports both magnetic stripe cards and smart cards. Certified by PBOC and EMV, the motorized reader is widely applicable in KIOSK terminals, POS terminals, Security terminals, Other ID terminals.
This palm-size device is only ~15cmx9cmx4.5cm(LxWxH) in dimension with abundant features, high reliability and durability. The motor reader natively supports 3 popular card types, which include reading traditional magnetic stripe card(ISO/IEC 7811 3-track), reading&writing ISO/IEC 7816 chip cards and ISO/IEC 14443 RFID cards.
The device has front sensors for object and length detection, it is capable of identifying and withdrawing card automatically and refusing foreign objects. Electrical shutter is embedded inside bezel for prevention of dust intrusion and vandalism actions.
Also, this motor card reader is highly scalable and extensible. It's configurable to read magnetic only or smart card only according to requirements. And it can have SAM board extension mounted to support up to 4 SAM slots.
